একজন সংসদ সদস্য প্রার্থীর নির্বাচনী ব্যয় ভোটার প্রতি ১০ টাকা হার নির্ধারণ করা হয়েছে। এর থেকে বেশি খরচ করলে ওই প্রার্থীর বিরুদ্ধে আইনানুগ ব্যবস্থা নিতে পারবে নির্বাচন কমিশন (ইসি)।

#### সোমবার (৩ নভেম্বর) আইন মন্ত্রণালয় এ অধ্যাদেশ গেজেট আকারে প্রকাশ করে। এবারের সংশোধনায় নির্বাচনী ব্যয় ও রাজনৈতিক দলের অর্থ ব্যবস্থাপনায় স্বচ্ছতা নিশ্চিত করা হয়েছে।

বাংলাদেশের পুলিশ জানিয়েছে, টিটিপি’র হয়ে কাজ করা কিছু বাংলাদেশি সৌদি আরব ও দুবাইকে ‘ট্রানজিট রুট’ হিসেবে ব্যবহার করে পাকিস্তান ও আফগানিস্তানে পৌঁছাচ্ছে। জুলাই মাসে আটক হওয়া দুই বাংলাদেশি যুবকও একই পথে গিয়েছিলো বলে অভিযোগ রয়েছে।

কেন তরুণরা জড়িয়ে পড়ছে?

মানবাধিকারকর্মী নূর খান লিটন মনে করেন, উগ্রপন্থার এই সংযোগ বহু পুরনো। তার ভাষায়, “আমরা এমনকি ঢাকার বায়তুল মোকাররমের সামনে প্রকাশ্যে মুজাহিদ সংগ্রহের ব্যানারও দেখেছি।” যদিও আইনশৃঙ্খলা বাহিনীর কঠোর নজরদারির কারণে বাংলাদেশে এসব তৎপরতা অনেকটা নিয়ন্ত্রণে এসেছে, কিন্তু পাকিস্তানে নিহত দুই তরুণের ঘটনা প্রমাণ করে, নেটওয়ার্ক পুরোপুরি বন্ধ হয়নি।

Initiate Creation from Start - Enter a prompt, select a style, and observe AI convert your perception into an animated story.
